Speaking of robot advisors, the Data Breach Notification Advisor was a dynamic and interview-driven, yet remarkably automated. This application asked you specific questions concerning U.S. state data breach notification laws, then applies relevant statuses PLUS a real lawyer’s reasoning so that you get fast, useful, accurate legal advice regarding reporting obligations. The DBN Advisor had multiple uses that span everything from Protected Information to HIPAA, 24/7 access to a robust legal database, access to an attorney on speed dial, and a pricing model worth high fiving about. This product is no longer offered by quointec, but is a terrific example of what we build!

Designed specifically for the ARM industry, this savvy tool introduces your consumer letters and communication pieces to the wonderful world of automated compliance. And marvels as they hit it off like gangbusters. Built for both creditors and servicers, we update the tool with the boring stuff: case law, regulations, and those tricky rules. Then, we work with you to build in your specific business rules—actively listening and incorporating existing policies and procedures. In a nutshell, the ARM Communications Advisor scans letters to make sure they’re up to date and don’t include any problematic language. If it catches anything, it provides a report explaining what the problem is and what rule(s) it violates. Every report is maintained so you can review it easily and see an audit trail. This isn’t software that tries to shove your problem into its functionality. In fact, it’s the opposite. And since different technology works for different situations (sometimes we are scanning templates before they go to production, sometimes we are auditing large swaths of letters that have already been sent), we build the workflow of this tool specifically for you, step by step.
